El Safa Company is one of The most modern projects , which started its production in September 1998 . it was established in accordance with advanced international technology in the flour mills industry in conformity with conventional world specifications and standard . El safa company presided by Mr. El said Abd El Reheem El Morshedy , is acclaimed to be one of the pioneer companies in producing more than eleven Kinds of flour . it produces flour for bread , bakes ,pastries , macaroni , sweets , biscuits , cakes and wafer as well as internationally specified flour to meet both the international and local market

El Safa Mills production capacity amounts to about 500 Tons / day from two production lines . The Capacity amount of each line is 250 Tons / day so as to face any future expansion in producing other kinds of flour . Established on an area of 60.000 square meters in Badr industrial City , the project was constructed to accommodate any future expansions as regards the establishment of supplementary industries such as macaroni , bread and pastries factories 

the project is located near to the harbors , which facilitates the import & export transactions in addition to the existing road network and transportation which converge the distance between the work place and cairo . the site is also located in vicinity of greater cairo , Al sharkia , Al Dakahlia , and Ismailia Governorates and linked to the road network with Upper Egypt's governorates especially after inaugurating the ring road 

The Wheat is automatically Discharged from the trucks by jacks onto two receiving lines , 250 Tons / Hour capcity each . the site comprises 10 wheat silos with a storing capacity of 50.000 tons 

Distribution process is carried out directly from the mill to the wholesale and retail traders , bakeries and industrial companies . the mill management is also accepting direct orders by phone from customers with established reputation . No monopoly is allowed for any specific company or customer , but on the contrary , production is distributed with all customers .

As for export , the company is utilizing the most up to date techniques in marketing by setting up a page on the internet and through direct contacts with all concerned and interested parties .

the project was designed to make use of modern technology in cylinders , machinery and equipment aiming at improving the quality and productivity of flour and developing the milling industry in egypt . 

EL Safa company together with ocrim company - the importer of the milling equipment - conducted a studies to achieve this objective .

the 72 % extraction delux flour is the product of el safa for grains &its products . it is one of the best kinds of flour currently available in the egyptian market . on the other hand , the company succeeded to open markets in the african countries and is now exporting part of its production where the external demand is rapidly increasing as it deemed the main goal , coping with the state policy of increasing the egyptian exports .
